Free Umrah Scheme – Jan Help Foundation (JHF)

Before proceeding with registration for the Free Umrah Scheme, the applicant is required to carefully read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

The applicant shall be eligible for this scheme only if he/she is a donor of Jan Help Foundation (JHF).

Deserving Beneficiary Requirement

This facility is strictly intended for individuals who are genuinely and financially unable to perform Umrah at their own expense.

Source of Funding

All Umrah-related expenses under this scheme will be covered solely through donation (Hadiya) funds received by JHF.

Selection Process

JHF will select beneficiaries through its own process. JHF’s decision will be final, and no claims or disputes will be accepted.

No Guarantee of Allotment

Filing or submitting the registration form does not constitute any assurance, guarantee, or entitlement to allotment, approval, travel, or participation in the Free Umrah Scheme.

Final and Binding Decision

In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or misunderstanding, the decision of JHF shall be final, conclusive, and binding upon the applicant.

Right to Amend or Discontinue

JHF reserves the absolute right to modify, alter, suspend, or cancel the Free Umrah Scheme or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Documentation Requirement and Cancellation Right

In the event that the applicant fails, refuses, or neglects to provide any document, information, proof of eligibility, or verification required by JHF, JHF shall have the absolute right to cancel, withdraw, or terminate the applicant’s nomination or selection without any obligation, liability, compensation, or further notice.

No Legal Claims

By applying to the Free Umrah Scheme, the applicant agrees that he/she shall not initiate any legal proceedings, claims, or demands against JHF regarding selection, non-selection, travel, cancellation, or any related matter.

Limitation of Liability

The applicant acknowledges and agrees that JHF shall bear no liability or responsibility for any dispute, claim, loss, or issue arising out of or in connection with the applicant’s donation or participation in the Free Umrah Scheme, whether now or in the future.
