1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Aina Tours & Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”), including Hajj and Umrah tour packages, visas, and related travel arrangements. By booking a tour or using our website (ainatours.in), you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made with accurate personal information as per passport.
• Payments can be made through authorized channels only (bank transfer, UPI, or approved online payment gateways).
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and issuance of confirmation by Aina Tours & Travels.
• Remaining balance must be paid before departure, as per the package agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
• Refunds are subject to airline, hotel, and Saudi authority policies.
• Processing fees and non-refundable deposits will be deducted before refunding.
• No refund is applicable for cancellations made within 30 days of departure.

4. Passport, Visa & Documentation

• Clients must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of Saudi authorities; we are not responsible for visa rejection.
• All pilgrims must comply with Saudi laws, immigration, and Hajj regulations.

5. Travel Insurance

It is strongly recommended that every traveler obtains comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, loss, and cancellation events. Aina Tours & Travels is not liable for loss or damage not covered by insurance.

6. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions are clearly mentioned in each package (e.g., flights, hotel stays, meals, transport, guidance).
• Exclusions include personal expenses, laundry, phone bills, and services not specified in the itinerary.

7. Changes or Delays

Aina Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify tour schedules, hotels, or transport in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, airline changes, or government restrictions). Efforts will be made to provide equal or better alternatives.

8. Responsibilities of the Pilgrim

• Follow group timings, instructions from guides, and travel rules.
• Respect local laws, customs, and religious practices.
• Be physically fit for pilgrimage activities; any medical issues should be disclosed before booking.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Aina Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between pilgrims and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, and agents). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, loss of belongings, or actions of third-party vendors.

10. Use of Website

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. Any misuse, unauthorized reproduction, or unlawful activity involving our site or materials is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law
